Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4473G-V52 is a dual-output linear voltage regulator designed for demanding automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides fixed outputs of 2.6V and 5V, capable of supplying up to 300mA and 180mA respectively. Featuring integrated over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit, and transient voltage protection, the TLE4473G-V52 ensures robust operation.
