Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4470GXUMA2 is a dual-output positive linear voltage regulator. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers an adjustable output voltage with a minimum fixed output of 5V, capable of tracking. It provides two output currents of 100mA and 250mA, with typical dropout voltages of 0.5V at 100mA and 0.6V at 200mA. The device features enable and reset control functionalities, along with overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection. Its high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 60dB (20Hz to 20kHz) makes it suitable for demanding applications. The TLE4470GXUMA2 is housed in a PG-DSO-14 package and is supplied on tape and reel, designed for surface mounting.
