Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4470GSXUMA1 is a dual output positive adjustable linear voltage regulator. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features two output stages capable of delivering 180mA and 350mA respectively. The output voltage is adjustable, with a minimum fixed output of 5V, and offers tracking functionality. Key control features include an Enable and Reset pin, alongside comprehensive protection mechanisms such as over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection. The device exhibits a typical quiescent current of 500 µA and a supply current of up to 15 mA. With a wide input voltage range up to 45V and an output voltage capability up to 20V, it is suitable for demanding automotive applications. The TLE4470GSXUMA1 is supplied in a 14-pin PG-DSO package, mounted via surface mount technology, and is provided in tape and reel packaging. Its high power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) of 60dB (20Hz-20kHz) makes it effective in noise-sensitive environments.
