Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4296GV30NTSA1 is a positive, fixed 3V linear voltage regulator. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers 30mA output current with a low quiescent current of 170µA and a maximum input voltage of 45V. Featuring robust protection circuitry including over current, over temperature, reverse polarity, and short circuit, it is designed for demanding automotive applications. The device offers a typical dropout voltage of 0.3V at 20mA, excellent PSRR of 60dB at 100Hz, and an inhibit control feature. Supplied in a 6-SMD (5 leads), Gull Wing PG-SCT595-5 package on tape and reel, it operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
