The Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4290DATMA1 is a fixed, positive linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers a stable 5V output with a maximum output current of 450mA. It features a low quiescent current of 230 µA and a maximum input voltage capability of 42V.
