Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4278GXUMA1 is a positive fixed output linear voltage regulator. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers a stable 5V output with a maximum output current of 200mA. Designed for demanding automotive applications, it features a low quiescent current of 200 µA and a maximum input voltage of 45V. Protection features include over current, over temperature, reverse polarity, and short circuit protection. The TLE4278GXUMA1 also incorporates reset and watchdog control features.
