This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers a stable 400mA output current with a typical dropout voltage of 0.5V at 250mA. Featuring over current, over temperature, reverse polarity, and short circuit protection, it is designed for demanding automotive applications. The device includes an inhibit function for control and exhibits a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 54dB at 100Hz.
