Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4276GVATMA1 is a positive adjustable linear voltage regulator with an output current capability of 400mA. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features a wide input voltage range up to 40V and an adjustable output voltage from 2.5V up to 20V.
