Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4276GV10NTMA1 is a positive fixed 10V linear voltage regulator. This AEC-Q100 qualified device provides a regulated output of 400mA with a typical dropout voltage of 0.5V at 250mA. It features overcurrent, overtemperature, reverse polarity, and short-circuit protection. The quiescent current is 200 µA, with a supply current of up to 25 mA.
