Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4276DVATMA1 is a positive adjustable linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers an output current of up to 400mA with a low dropout voltage of 0.5V at 250mA. The input voltage range extends up to 40V, with an adjustable output voltage from 2.5V to 20V. Featuring over current, over temperature, reverse polarity, and short circuit protection, the TLE4276DVATMA1 also includes an inhibit pin for control. With a quiescent current of 200 µA and a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 54dB at 100Hz, this regulator is suitable for demanding automotive power management systems. It is supplied in a PG-TO252-5-1 surface mount package, delivered on tape and reel.
