The Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4275DV33ATMA1 is a fixed, positive linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers a stable 3.3V output with a maximum current capability of 400mA. Featuring integrated protection against over current, over temperature, reverse polarity, short circuit, and transient voltage, it offers robust performance. With a quiescent current of 220 µA and a low input voltage dropout, it is suitable for power-sensitive designs. The 60dB PSRR at 100Hz ensures effective noise filtering. This device is supplied in a PG-TO252-5-11 package for surface mounting and is delivered on a Tape & Reel. It finds application in automotive control units, infotainment systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems.
