Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4275AKSA1 is a linear voltage regulator IC designed for automotive applications. This positive fixed output regulator provides a stable 5V output with a maximum current capability of 400mA. It features low quiescent current of 220 µA and a wide input voltage range up to 42V. Protection features include over current, over temperature, reverse polarity, and short circuit. The device boasts a high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 60dB at 100Hz and includes a reset output.
