The Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4274G-V10 is a positive fixed output linear voltage regulator. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers a stable 10V output with a maximum current capability of 400mA. It features a low quiescent current of 220 µA and a dropout voltage of 0.5V at 250mA.
