Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4269GXUMA1 is a positive fixed output linear voltage regulator IC. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides a stable 5V output with a maximum output current of 150mA. Designed for demanding applications, it features a low quiescent current of 300 µA and a maximum input voltage of 45V. The TLE4269GXUMA1 offers integrated protection against over-temperature, reverse polarity, and short circuits. With a voltage dropout of 0.5V at 100mA, it is suitable for automotive applications.
