Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4264G is a high-performance, positive fixed output linear voltage regulator. This AEC-Q100 qualified device delivers a stable 5V output with a maximum current capability of 120mA. Designed for demanding applications, it features a low quiescent current of 400 µA and a maximum input voltage of 45V. The TLE4264G offers robust protection mechanisms including over-temperature, reverse polarity, and short-circuit protection.
