Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4263G is a linear voltage regulator IC designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides a fixed 5V output with a maximum current capability of 200mA. Featuring a low quiescent current of 50 µA and a dropout voltage of 0.5V at 150mA, the TLE4263G is suitable for power-sensitive designs. The device includes integrated protection against over-temperature, reverse polarity, and short circuits. Control features such as reset and watchdog functionality are also incorporated. With a wide input voltage range up to 45V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, this PG-DSO-20-35 packaged component is ideal for automotive powertrain, body control, and infotainment systems.
