Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4254GSXUMA3 is an adjustable positive linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides a stable output voltage with a maximum output current of 70mA and a low quiescent current of 80µA. Featuring over-temperature, reverse polarity, and short-circuit protection, it offers robust operation within an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The device boasts a high input voltage capability of up to 45V and a dropout voltage of 0.4V at 70mA.
