Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4254GAXUMA3 is a positive adjustable linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This device offers a fixed output voltage tracking capability with a maximum output current of 70mA. It features an input voltage range up to 45V and a dropout voltage of 0.4V at 70mA.
