Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4254EJSXUMA1 is an adjustable positive linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers up to 70mA output current with a low dropout voltage of 0.4V at 70mA. The device features over temperature, reverse polarity, and short circuit protection, along with an enable pin for control. It offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 60dB at 100Hz and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The quiescent current is rated at 80µA, with a maximum supply current of 15mA. The TLE4254EJSXUMA1 is supplied in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, specifically the PG-DSO-8, and is available on tape and reel.
