Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4253GSXUMA3 is a positive adjustable linear voltage regulator designed for automotive applications. This device provides a stable output current of 250mA with a maximum input voltage of 40V and a low quiescent current of 150 µA. It features an adjustable output voltage with a dropout voltage of 0.6V at 200mA. Protection mechanisms include over-temperature, reverse polarity, and short-circuit protection. The regulator offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 60dB at 100Hz and an enable control feature. Supplied in a PG-DSO-8 package suitable for surface mounting, the TLE4253GSXUMA3 is qualified to AEC-Q100 standards.
