Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4253GSXUMA2 is an adjustable positive linear voltage regulator designed for demanding automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component delivers up to 250mA output current with a low quiescent current of 150 µA. Featuring over-temperature, reverse polarity, and short-circuit protection, it offers robust performance. The device operates from an input voltage up to 40V, with a dropout voltage of 0.6V at 200mA. Its high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 60dB at 100Hz makes it suitable for noise-sensitive systems. The TLE4253GSXUMA2 is provided in a PG-DSO-8 package for surface mounting. Control is managed via an Enable pin.
