Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ TLE4251DNTMA1 is a positive adjustable linear voltage regulator IC designed for automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides a stable output current of 400mA, with a maximum input voltage of 40V. The output voltage is adjustable and features a tracking capability.
