Infineon Technologies TLE493DP2B6A0HTSA1 is a 3D Hall sensor with an I2C interface designed for precise magnetic field measurement. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers 12-bit resolution for each of the X, Y, and Z axes, enabling detailed spatial magnetic field analysis. Its sensing range extends to ±160mT, making it suitable for applications requiring accurate position and speed detection. The device operates from a 2.8V to 3.5V supply and features low power consumption with a maximum supply current of 130nA. Packaged in a PG-TSOP6-6-8 (SOT-23-6 Thin) for surface mounting, it is supplied on tape and reel.
