Infineon Technologies' EasyPACK™ FZ30R07W1E3B31ABOMA1 is a single-switch IGBT module designed for demanding power applications. This Trench Field Stop IGBT technology provides excellent performance characteristics with a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 650 V and a continuous collector current of 45 A. The module features a low collector-emitter saturation voltage (Vce(on)) of 2V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 30A collector current, with a maximum power dissipation of 150 W. Benefiting from a chassis mount configuration, this component integrates an NTC thermistor for thermal monitoring. Its robust construction and operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C make it suitable for use in industrial motor drives, renewable energy systems, and power supply applications. The FZ30R07W1E3B31ABOMA1 is supplied in tray packaging.
