Infineon Technologies EconoPACK™+ B series FS450R12KE4BOSA1 is a Full Bridge IGBT Module featuring Trench Field Stop technology. This chassis mount module offers a 1200 V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 675 A, with a power dissipation rating of 2250 W.
