Infineon Technologies FS100R12KT3BOSA1 is a high-performance Trench Field Stop IGBT Module from the EconoPIM™ 3 series. This three-phase inverter configuration offers a robust 1200 V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a substantial 140 A collector current (Ic) capability.
