Infineon Technologies FP35R12N2T7B11BPSA1 is an EconoPIM™ 2 series IGBT module designed as a three-phase inverter. This Trench Field Stop IGBT module offers a 1200 V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 35 A. It features a low on-state voltage of 1.6V at 15V Vge and 35A Ic, with a collector cutoff current of 7 µA. The module includes an integrated NTC thermistor for thermal management and is specified with an input capacitance (Cies) of 6.62 nF @ 25 V. Mounting is via chassis mount, and the device operates reliably within a temperature range of -40°C to 175°C (TJ). The AG-ECONO2B package is supplied in trays.
