Infineon Technologies EconoDUAL™3 FF600R12ME4CPBPSA1 is a Trench Field Stop IGBT Module designed for high-power applications. This half-bridge inverter configuration features a collector-emitter voltage (Vces) of 1200 V and a maximum continuous collector current (Ic) of 1060 A. The module offers a low Vce(on) of 2.1V at 15V gate-source voltage and 600A collector current, with a maximum power dissipation rating of 4050 W. It includes an integrated NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring and is chassis mounted for efficient thermal management. Input capacitance (Cies) is 37 nF at 25 V.
