Infineon Technologies EconoDUAL™ 3 FF600R12ME4B11BPSA1 is a 1200V Trench Field Stop IGBT module designed for demanding power applications. This module features 2 independent IGBT configurations with a maximum collector current cutoff of 3 mA and a low Vce(on) of 2.1V at 15V Vge and 600A Ic.
