Infineon Technologies TDA21106 CoreControl™ series is a half-bridge gate driver IC housed in an 8-SOIC package (PG-DSO-8-3). This non-inverting driver features two channels, each capable of sourcing and sinking 4A peak output current. Designed for N-channel MOSFETs, it supports a high-side bootstrap voltage of up to 45V, with typical rise and fall times of 20ns and 15ns respectively.
