Infineon Technologies IRS2301STRPBF is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver. This half-bridge driver IC features two independent channels, each capable of driving a high-side and low-side switch. The non-inverting input logic simplifies design, with a logic voltage range of 0.8V (VIL) to 2.5V (VIH). It supports gate drive for both IGBT and N-Channel MOSFETs.
