Infineon Technologies IRS21856STRPBF is a half-bridge gate driver IC designed for high-voltage applications. This component features two independent channels, capable of driving IGBTs and N-channel MOSFETs. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V, and the high-side voltage can reach up to 600V. It provides a peak output current of 500mA for both source and sink operations, with typical rise and fall times of 30ns and 20ns respectively. The input is non-inverting, and logic voltage thresholds are set at 0.8V for VIL and 3.5V for VIH. Packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154" width) format for surface mounting, this device is suitable for demanding power conversion systems, including motor control and power supplies. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C (TJ).
