Infineon Technologies IRS2101SPBF is a high-performance, high-side or low-side gate driver IC. This non-inverting device features independent channels and is designed for driving IGBT and N-Channel MOSFETs. It offers a maximum high-side voltage of 600V with a bootstrap capability. The IRS2101SPBF delivers peak output currents of 290mA sourcing and 600mA sinking, with typical rise and fall times of 70ns and 35ns respectively. Operating from a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V, it supports logic levels as low as 0.8V (VIL) and 2.5V (VIH).
