Infineon Technologies IRS2001MTRPBF is a half-bridge gate driver IC designed for driving high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs. This non-inverting device features independent gate drive channels with peak output currents of 290mA source and 600mA sink. It supports a high-side bootstrap voltage up to 200V and operates from a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V. The logic input voltage thresholds are 0.8V for VIL and 2.5V for VIH.
