Infineon Technologies' IR2301 is a high-performance, dual-channel, high-side or low-side gate driver IC. This non-inverting device features independent high-side and low-side outputs, enabling flexible driving configurations for IGBT and N-Channel MOSFET power devices. It supports a bootstrap voltage of up to 600V, with a supply voltage range of 5V to 20V. The IR2301 delivers peak output currents of 200mA sourcing and 350mA sinking, coupled with typical rise and fall times of 130ns and 50ns respectively. Logic input thresholds are specified at 0.8V for VIL and 2.9V for VIH. Housed in an 8-PDIP through-hole package, this component is well-suited for applications in industrial motor control, power supplies, and lighting systems. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 150°C.
