The Infineon Technologies IR2235S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver designed for half-bridge applications. This 28-SOIC package device features six independent drivers, capable of driving three half-bridges with a peak output current of 250mA source and 500mA sink.
