Infineon Technologies IR2182S is a half-bridge gate driver IC designed for efficient control of power switching devices. This non-inverting driver features independent channels, capable of sourcing 1.9A and sinking 2.3A peak output current. It supports gate drive for IGBT and N-Channel MOSFETs, with a high-side voltage capability up to 600V via bootstrap. The IR2182S operates over a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V and is packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154" width) surface mount configuration. Typical rise and fall times are 40ns and 20ns respectively.
