Infineon Technologies IR2151 is a Half-Bridge Gate Driver IC featuring an integrated RC oscillator input circuit. This device is designed to drive a pair of N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. It offers independent high-side and low-side outputs, capable of delivering peak output currents of 125mA source and 250mA sink. The high-side driver can operate with a bootstrap voltage up to 600V. With a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V, the IR2151 is suitable for applications in power supplies, motor control, and lighting systems. The 8-PDIP package facilitates through-hole mounting.
