Infineon Technologies' IR2136J is a 3-phase, half-bridge gate driver IC designed for robust control of power transistors. This 32-lead, 44-PLCC surface mount component offers six independent gate drive channels, each capable of sourcing 200mA and sinking 350mA peak output current.
