Infineon Technologies' IR2135S is a 6-channel, half-bridge gate driver designed for 3-phase applications. This device features independent high and low-side outputs, capable of driving IGBTs and N-channel MOSFETs with gate drive voltages ranging from 10V to 20V. The high-side output can operate up to 600V, utilizing a bootstrap voltage for efficient operation. It provides peak output currents of 250mA source and 500mA sink, with typical rise and fall times of 90ns and 40ns respectively. The IR2135S offers inverting logic inputs with VIL/VIH thresholds at 0.8V and 2.2V.
