Infineon Technologies IR2133STR is a 3-phase, half-bridge gate driver IC. This device integrates six independent gate driver channels, each capable of driving IGBTs and N-Channel MOSFETs. It features an inverting input logic and supports a high-side voltage up to 600V, with a bootstrap functionality for efficient operation. The IR2133STR delivers peak output currents of 250mA sourcing and 500mA sinking, with typical rise and fall times of 90ns and 40ns respectively. The operating voltage range is 10V to 20V, and it operates reliably at junction temperatures up to 125°C.
