Infineon Technologies IR2133JTR is a 3-phase, half-bridge gate driver IC. This device features six independent drivers, each capable of handling IGBT and N-Channel MOSFETs. It offers a high side voltage capability up to 600V with a bootstrap function and supports a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V. The IR2133JTR provides peak output currents of 250mA source and 500mA sink.
