Infineon Technologies IR2132STR is a 3-phase, half-bridge gate driver IC designed for driving IGBT and N-Channel MOSFET power devices. This 28-SOIC package features six independent drivers, each capable of sourcing 250mA and sinking 500mA peak output current. The driver operates with a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V, and its high-side voltage capability reaches up to 600V via a bootstrap mechanism.
