The Infineon Technologies IR2130 is a 3-phase, half-bridge gate driver IC. This 28-PDIP package device features six independent drivers capable of sourcing and sinking 250mA and 500mA respectively, with rise and fall times of 80ns and 35ns. Designed for driving IGBTs and N-channel MOSFETs, it supports a high-side voltage of up to 600V. The input logic is inverting, with threshold voltages of 0.8V (VIL) and 2.2V (VIH). Operating across a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V, this component is suitable for demanding applications in industrial motor drives and power conversion systems.
