Infineon Technologies IR2128S is a single-channel, inverting gate driver IC designed for high-side or low-side applications. This device features a high-side voltage capability of up to 600V and operates with a supply voltage range of 12V to 20V. The output stage provides peak source and sink currents of 250mA and 500mA respectively, with typical rise and fall times of 80ns and 40ns.
