Quality Control: Learn More

Infineon Technologies' IR2110 is a high-performance, dual-channel, half-bridge gate driver IC in a 14-DIP package. Designed for driving IGBTs and N-channel MOSFETs, this component features independent, non-inverting inputs and provides robust gate drive capabilities of 2A peak output current for both source and sink. The high-side voltage rating is up to 500V, facilitating operation with high-voltage power devices. The device operates across a supply voltage range of 3.3V to 20V and supports logic voltage levels of 6V (VIL) and 9.5V (VIH). Typical rise and fall times are 25ns and 17ns respectively, enabling efficient switching. The IR2110 is suitable for applications in motor drives, power supplies, and industrial automation systems. It is supplied in a 14-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) through-hole mounting package.
