Infineon Technologies IR21064SPBF is a dual-channel, high-side or low-side gate driver IC. This non-inverting device features independent high-side and low-side drivers, each capable of driving IGBT and N-channel MOSFETs. The IR21064SPBF supports a high-side voltage of up to 600V with a bootstrap capability. Peak output current for source and sink is rated at 200mA and 350mA respectively. Logic input thresholds are 0.8V for VIL and 2.9V for VIH, with a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V. The device offers typical rise and fall times of 150ns and 50ns. Packaged in a 14-SOIC surface-mount configuration, the IR21064SPBF operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. This component finds application in power control systems across industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics sectors.
