Infineon Technologies' IR21064 is a dual-channel, high-side or low-side gate driver IC packaged in a 14-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) through-hole mount. This non-inverting driver is designed to interface directly with IGBT and N-Channel MOSFET gates. It features independent high-side and low-side channels, each capable of operating with a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V. The high-side channel supports a bootstrap voltage up to 600V. Peak output current capabilities are 200mA source and 350mA sink. Typical rise and fall times are 150ns and 50ns, respectively. Logic input voltage thresholds are 0.8V (VIL) and 2.9V (VIH). The IR21064 is suitable for applications in power conversion, motor control, and industrial power systems, operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
