Infineon Technologies IR2104STR is a high-performance half-bridge gate driver IC. This non-inverting, synchronous driver is designed for controlling IGBT and N-Channel MOSFET power switches. It features two independent high- and low-side channels, capable of driving up to 600V on the high-side bootstrap supply. The IR2104STR provides peak output currents of 210mA source and 360mA sink, with typical rise and fall times of 100ns and 50ns respectively. Logic input thresholds are set at 0.8V (VIL) and 3V (VIH), with a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V. The device operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. Packaged in a standard 8-SOIC (0.154" width) surface-mount configuration, it is supplied on tape and reel. This component is widely utilized in power conversion applications, including motor control and power supplies.
