Infineon Technologies IR2102STR is a half-bridge gate driver IC designed for driving IGBT and N-Channel MOSFETs. This inverting, dual-channel device features independent high and low-side drivers within an 8-SOIC package. The driver supports a high-side voltage up to 600V with a bootstrap capability.
